A few hours is all it takes. Create your account, configure your event, design your venue with the drag & drop editor and publish your exhibitor website. You can receive bookings from day one.

Yes, your exhibitors create an account during their first booking. This allows them to track their bookings, access their invoices and manage their participation from their exhibitor portal.

You define your payment terms (bank transfer, check, etc.) and your exhibitors pay you directly. Keyqo does not handle the transaction: payment is between the organizer and the exhibitor. You track payment status from your dashboard.

Yes, depending on your plan. The Essential plan allows 1 active event, the Pro plan up to 5, and the Organizer plan offers unlimited simultaneous events.
