Draw the hall as it really is

You enter the width and length of the hall, from 3 to 500 meters, the minimum space between two booths. A mezzanine or an upper floor is added at the same time, each with its own booths.

You place walls, pillars, entrances and areas such as the bar with the mouse, and safety pictograms appear on the online and printed floor plan.

Place, number and line up your booths

You drop a booth with one click, then move it, resize it or rotate it, with the mouse or with a finger on a tablet. A duplicated booth keeps its size and price, and each new booth takes the next number.

Your booths snap to a grid, a red line flags two booths that sit too close, and the alignment bar spaces them evenly. A booked booth can be locked, so it doesn’t move by mistake.

One price per booth, changed for a whole row at once

Each booth has its own price excluding VAT, locked when the exhibitor books. In a booth’s window, you also choose its options, from your option catalog.

To change many booths at once, you open “Edit multiple booths”, check a whole sector, then change their price, their options or their packs.

What exhibitors see on your floor plan

On your exhibitor site, each booth shows as available, pending or booked. When an exhibitor requests a booth, everyone else sees it turn pending within 15 seconds. Exhibitors filter the floor plan by price, size or area, open a booth, then book.

On a phone, the floor plan fills the screen, with no app to install. With Pro and Organizer, a booth that frees up can be held for the exhibitor waiting list.

How many booths your plan includes

Essential includes up to 50 booths per event, Pro up to 200, and Organizer has no limit. Every floor counts.

Questions about the event floor plan

Can I have several floors?

Yes. You add floors when you create the hall, and each one has its own booths. Decide how many at that point, because it can’t be changed afterwards.

What happens if I change a price after the first bookings?

Existing bookings keep the price that applied when the exhibitor booked. The new price applies to later bookings.

What happens if my floor plan goes over 50 booths on the Essential plan?

A banner in the editor tells you and offers Pro, which includes 200 booths per event, or Organizer, with no limit.

What is Keyqo?

Keyqo is software for events with exhibitors, from trade shows and professional events to Christmas markets. You draw the floor plan of your hall, your exhibitors book their booth and their options online, and you track requests, documents and payments all the way to event day. From €15 excl.
