Article 1 - Definitions

  • Software: refers to the KeyQo SaaS management tool accessible at keyqo.io and its subdomains.
  • User: refers to any person accessing the Software, whether Client, Exhibitor, or visitor.
  • Client: refers to any professional who has subscribed to KeyQo to manage their events.
  • Exhibitor: refers to any person using the exhibitor space provided by a Client.
  • Account: refers to the personal space accessible after registration on the Software.

Article 2 - Purpose and Nature of Service

These Terms of Use define the terms of access and use of the KeyQo Software by Users.

KeyQo is exclusively a SaaS (Software as a Service) management tool for professional event organizers. KeyQo is not a marketplace, a matchmaking platform, or a payment intermediary. No financial transactions between Clients and Exhibitors pass through KeyQo.

Access and use of the Software implies full and complete acceptance of these Terms of Use.

Article 3 - Access to the Software

Access to the Software is open to any User with internet access. Internet access fees and necessary equipment remain the responsibility of the User.

KeyQo strives to keep the Software accessible 24/7, but cannot guarantee permanent availability. Interruptions for maintenance or updates may occur.

Article 4 - Registration and Account

Using the Software's features requires creating an Account. The User agrees to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

The User is responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials. Any use of their Account is presumed to be made by themselves. In case of suspected fraudulent use, the User must inform KeyQo immediately.

Article 5 - Use of the Software

The User agrees to use the Software fairly and in accordance with its intended purpose. The User is prohibited from:

  • Using the Software for illegal purposes or contrary to these Terms
  • Attempting unauthorized access to KeyQo systems or data
  • Transmitting viruses, malicious code, or any harmful element
  • Collecting data about other Users without their consent
  • Reproducing, copying, or exploiting all or part of the Software without authorization
  • Using bots, scrapers, or any automated tools to access the Software
  • Distributing illegal, defamatory, discriminatory content or infringing third-party rights

Article 6 - User Content

Users retain ownership of their content (texts, images, documents) uploaded to the Software. By uploading content, the User grants KeyQo a license to use it limited to providing the service.

The User warrants that they have the necessary rights to the content they upload and that it does not infringe the rights of third parties.

Article 7 - Intellectual Property

All elements of the Software (design, logos, texts, features, databases, source code) are the exclusive property of KeyQo and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Any unauthorized reproduction, representation, or exploitation constitutes infringement subject to civil and criminal penalties.

Article 8 - Liability

KeyQo implements the necessary means to ensure the proper functioning of the Software. Its liability is limited to an obligation of means regarding the provision of the technical service.

KeyQo cannot be held responsible for:

  • Content published by Users
  • Contractual or commercial relationships between Clients and Exhibitors
  • Financial transactions between Clients and Exhibitors, as these are carried out outside the Software
  • Disputes relating to booth reservations or payments between Clients and Exhibitors
  • Damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Software

Clients remain solely responsible for organizing their events and their relationships with their exhibitors.

Article 9 - Personal Data

The collection and processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. KeyQo is committed to complying with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Article 10 - Cookies

The Software uses cookies for its operation and to improve user experience. Cookie usage terms are detailed in our Cookie Policy.

Article 11 - Hyperlinks

The Software may contain links to third-party sites. KeyQo has no control over these sites and disclaims any responsibility for their content or practices.

Article 12 - Suspension and Termination

KeyQo reserves the right to suspend or delete any Account in case of violation of these Terms, without notice or compensation. The User may delete their Account at any time from their settings.

Article 13 - Modification of Terms

KeyQo reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be informed of changes by email or notification. Continued use of the Software constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Article 14 - Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Grenoble, France.
