You draw the floor plan of your hall, your exhibitors book their booth and their options online, and you track requests, documents and payments all the way to event day. From €15 excl. Why Keyqo exists

Keyqo started in 2025 to replace the PDF floor plan, the spreadsheet of exhibitors and the booking forms written one at a time. Exhibitors choose their booth on the floor plan and receive their booking form, and you stay in control of every request all the way to event day.

An event control desk the day before opening, with walkie-talkies, tape rolls and folded safety vests.

What Keyqo does

A market's floor plan as an exhibitor sees it on a phone, with booth D03 available at €70 for 6 m².

  • Your exhibitors book their booth on the floor plan of your hall, add their options and receive their booking form.
  • You request their supporting documents, such as an insurance certificate, and review them.
  • You confirm each request and track deposits and balances.
  • Your setup crew gets the list of options to install, booth by booth. With Pro and Organizer, you scan badges at the entrance.

How we work

  2. Your plan’s price stays the one you subscribed at, for as long as your subscription continues.

  3. You open your space online, with no sales call and no mandatory demo.

  4. Your data is backed up every day, and you export it whenever you like.

  5. We reply within 24 to 48 business hours, through the support section of your account area, or by email before you subscribe.
