Exhibitor check-in at the entrance, with no app to install
On Pro and Organizer, each exhibitor who has paid in full gets a badge with a QR code by email. On event day, you scan it with the camera of a phone or a tablet, or you click “Arrived” next to their name, with no paper list to check off. Pro costs €33 excl. VAT a month, billed annually.
Who is expected
Only the exhibitors who have paid in full are expected.
They pay on site, you mark their booking as paid, and they join the list. Payment tracking shows you, before event day, who still owes you.
The badge, emailed once
The exhibitor gets their badge in the “Payment confirmed” email, when you mark their booking as paid in full. You print nothing, you send nothing.
What to hand each exhibitor
At check-in, the exhibitor’s detail view shows what to hand them, the extra badge or the lunches they ordered. The rest, your crew has already installed with the preparation list.
Several of you check exhibitors in, each on their own phone, on the same list. A latecomer, you look them up by name and call them with one tap.
After the event, you export the list with arrival times.
Questions about check-in
Do I need an app to scan badges?
No. You open your admin area in the browser of the phone or tablet, and the camera reads the badge.
What if an exhibitor has lost their badge?
You click “Arrived” next to their name. The badge goes out once, and an arrival recorded by hand counts the same as a scanned badge.

Included in the Pro and Organizer plans
Badges and check-in require the Pro or Organizer plan. Pro costs €33 excl. VAT a month billed annually, or €39 excl. VAT a month with no commitment, in which case you only pay for the months of preparation. Pro includes 5 events visible at the same time, 200 booths per event and 3 administrator accounts, along with the waiting list, messaging and registering an exhibitor yourself.
Organizer, at €89 excl. VAT a month billed annually, lifts those limits. The three plans are compared on the pricing page.
