In Keyqo’s option catalog, you describe electricity, furniture, Wi-Fi or carpet once, with a price excluding VAT. Your exhibitors order them as they book their booth, one by one or as packs, and you no longer send or retype an order form. The catalog is included in all three plans, from €15 excl. A ready-made list, a pasted table, or one option at a time

Three ready-made lists are waiting, Professional event, Christmas market and Craft market. You keep the ones you need and enter your prices.

Your list already exists in Excel or Google Sheets. You copy the two columns, name and price, and it comes in at once. One photo and one line of description, and the exhibitor sees what they are ordering.

On each event, you decide which options are offered and at what price, which ones are included with the booth, which ones are required, and until what date orders are open. If you change a price along the way, orders already placed keep theirs. For the next edition, you duplicate the event with its options.

Once per booth, per unit or by area

Once per booth, the exhibitor takes the option or not, like electricity.
Per unit, they pick a quantity, like chairs, with a maximum per booth if you set one.
By the booth’s area, like carpet by the square meter.

Packs at a fixed or discounted price

A pack bundles several options the exhibitor takes in one step, a table, two chairs and electricity. You give it a fixed price, or a discount on the sum of its options.

An option can also require another one, and when the exhibitor adds the heater, electricity comes with it. A sign or a printed wall asks the exhibitor for its file, which you download from their booking.

With Pro and Organizer, variants, stock and your suppliers

The same option comes in colors, sizes or power ratings, each with its price. The exhibitor mixes them, two white chairs and one black.

You have thirty tables, you put thirty in stock, and the thirty-first can no longer be ordered. You also note who supplies each option, without the exhibitor seeing it.

What the exhibitor sees, from the floor plan to setup

The exhibitor orders their options during online booth booking. They appear on their booking form, line by line with VAT, then on the preparation list, booth by booth, for your setup crew. You retype nothing.

Questions about the option catalog

How do exhibitors pay for their options?

With their booth, and to you, by bank transfer, check, cash, card on site or your own payment link. You record their payment in their booking, deposit or balance.

Can electricity be required on some booths only?

Yes. You offer it as optional on the event, then make it required on the booths you choose from the event floor plan editor, one at a time or by sector.

An exhibitor has sent their request and wants one more option. What do I do?

They ask you, and you add it to their booking as a supplement. They receive their supplement order form by email, and their balance due follows.
