On the Pro and Organizer plans, you exchange written messages with your exhibitors in Keyqo, and each conversation can be linked to the booking it is about. Your exhibitors write to you from your exhibitor site, you reply from your admin area, attachments included, and nothing gets scattered between your inbox and your phone anymore. Pro costs €33 excl. VAT a month, billed annually.

One conversation, one file

An exhibitor’s question is almost always about a booking, setup times, a rejected document, an option to add. You reply with the file in front of you, without searching your inbox.

Your exhibitors write to you from your site

The exhibitor writes to you from their exhibitor area, picks a subject, links their booking and attaches their files. They no longer look for your email address.

The same conversation open in the exhibitor’s area, on a demo exhibitor site, in French, with her message and the organizer’s reply. — The exhibitor writes from their exhibitor area, with no email to dig up, and reads your reply in the same place.

You reply in the same place

A conversation stays pending as long as the exhibitor had the last word. You reply, you attach a PDF or an image.

All your administrator accounts see the same conversations, a colleague replies in your place, and in the morning your event dashboard shows what is waiting for a reply.

You write first

A setup time that changes, a missing document, a payment running late in payment tracking, you write first, from the exhibitor’s detail view, and you link their booking. They are notified by email.

Questions about messaging

Do my exhibitors get my messages by email?

They get an email that tells them about it, with a link to the conversation. They read your message and reply on your exhibitor site.

Can I write to all my exhibitors at once?

You write to one exhibitor at a time. To tell all your exhibitors something, export their list from the Exhibitors page and send it with your usual email tool.

Is there an app to install?

No. You reply from your admin area, on a computer or a phone, and your exhibitors from your site, in their browser.

Can I write to an exhibitor who hasn’t booked yet?

Yes, as soon as their account is active and their access is open.

Included in the Pro and Organizer plans

Messaging is included in the Pro and Organizer plans. Pro costs €33 excl. VAT a month billed annually, or €39 excl. VAT a month with no commitment, in which case you only pay for the months of preparation. Pro includes 5 events visible at the same time, 200 booths per event and 3 administrator accounts, along with the waiting list, check-in and registering an exhibitor yourself.

Organizer, at €89 excl. VAT a month billed annually, lifts those limits. The three plans are compared on the pricing page.

What is Keyqo?

Keyqo is software for events with exhibitors, from trade shows and professional events to Christmas markets. You draw the floor plan of your hall, your exhibitors book their booth and their options online, and you track requests, documents and payments all the way to event day. From €15 excl. VAT a month, billed annually, and your exhibitors pay you directly, with no commission.
