With Keyqo, you get a booking site under your own name, live within two minutes of paying for the subscription, and you no longer mail out a booking form. Your exhibitors discover your events there, book on the floor plan and follow their file. The site is multilingual and included in all three plans, from €15 excl. VAT a month, billed annually.
A showcase for your events
The home page features your next event, its dates, venue, the number of booths still available and the starting price. Your other events follow. You send one address, nothing to attach.
Your site lives at your-name.keyqo.io, a name you choose when you create your space, and each visible event has its own address. Your logo sits at the top, and the site takes on the look of your posters. Your legal notice and terms of sale are drafted and published at activation, and you adapt them.
Google reads your events, their dates and their venue on your home page, and your poster shows with the link when you share it on your social accounts.
Floor plan and booking, on a computer or a phone
From the home page, exhibitors open the event’s page or go straight to the event floor plan. They create their account, pick their booth, put together their order and send their request, the whole online booth booking happens on your site, with nothing to ask you.
Each exhibitor’s own area
Once signed in, exhibitors find their bookings in their exhibitor area, with their status, what they still owe, their booking form, the invoices you upload, their documents and their files.
With Pro and Organizer, they write to you from their exhibitor area, through your messaging, without leaving your site.
Who sees your floor plan and prices
You choose who sees your floor plan and your prices in exhibitor management, every registered exhibitor, or only those you have approved, with prices hidden until you approve them.
Questions about the exhibitor site
Can I use my own domain name?
Your site stays at your-name.keyqo.io. From your own website or social accounts, a link is all it takes to send exhibitors there.
Do I need a website already?
No. Your exhibitor site is enough to present your events and take bookings.
Can a visitor see the floor plan without an account?
Without an account, they see your events on the home page. To open the floor plan and book, they create their account with their email address or their Google account.
Can I change the site’s colors?
The site takes on your logo and the look of your posters. A theme in your own colors is requested from the exhibitor site settings.

The exhibitor site is included in all three plans. Messaging with your exhibitors requires Pro or Organizer. The three plans are compared on the pricing page.
