Salon des Vignerons Indépendants 2026: Dates and €6 Entry
Salon des Vignerons Indépendants 2026-2027: wine fair dates, venues and hours in Paris, Lyon and other cities, ticket prices, free invitations, exhibitor lists.
Twenty-one tattoo conventions in France, October 2026 to September 2027, checked on official sites, with entry fees, the application file and booth prices.

Twenty-one tattoo conventions in France have a confirmed date between October 23, 2026 and September 12, 2027, from the first Caen Tattoo Festival to the 21st Nantes Tattoo Convention, with Lille in January and Bordeaux, Besançon and Rouen in the spring. The first table sorts them by date, with the hall, the number of tattoo artists announced and the entry fee. Dates checked on October 16, 2026 on the official websites and ticketing pages.
Further down, what the event listings leave out: the application file to get a booth, the published booth prices, from €350 excl. VAT to €590 incl. VAT, the paperwork to carry, and a second table for Lyon, Marseille, Toulouse and Paris, which have no 2027 date yet.
This list gathers the twenty-one tattoo conventions that had published their date on their official website or ticketing page as of October 16, 2026, and each convention's name links to that source. “Not published” means the ticketing page does not show a price yet.

As of October 16, its online ticketing had been suspended by the organizer and the official website had posted no notice. Ask the organizer, Arts Corporels, for confirmation before you travel.
Twelve of the most searched cities had not published a 2027 date as of October 16, 2026. The table gives the last edition found on an official source or in the press, and the website to watch. Where the name has no link, the organizer has no page for that city and announces its dates on Facebook or Instagram.

Online event listings also show Bergerac on October 24 to 25, Niort and Montélimar on November 7 to 8, 2026 and Perpignan the same weekend, then Toulouse on January 9 to 10, Reims on February 12 to 14, the Lyon Tattoo Convention in February, Carcassonne on March 5 to 7, Marseille on March 20 to 21, Châtellerault on April 23 to 25, Pérols near Montpellier on May 8 to 9, Metz on September 3 to 5, Paris and Limoges in September 2027. As of October 16, none of these organizers had confirmed it on their website or ticketing page, and for Lyon, whose official website was offline, the venue itself remains to be confirmed.
No 2027 edition of the Mondial du Tatouage in Paris had been announced as of October 16, 2026, and its website only shows the January 2026 edition. That 13th edition, from January 30 to February 1, 2026 at the Grande Halle de la Villette, had been presented by its organizers as the last one. It gathered 550 tattoo artists and 16,000 visitors, according to Tattoo Life.
In the December 2025 press kit, Tin-Tin, who started the event in 1999, cites 35,000 visitors in 2015 against 15,000 in 2025 and describes a landscape saturated with countless conventions. Asked on March 1, 2026 by Tatoueurs Tatouages France whether this was the end, he answered that in principle yes, that is how it was announced, then added that this position might change. Nothing has been published since.
A tattoo artist does not buy a convention booth, they apply, and the organizer chooses. The Clermont-Ferrand convention writes that an application does not count as a registration, and All Event Expo, which runs Douai, Arras and Cambrai, puts every application through its selection. None of the conventions we read offers open registration.
The standard file has five parts: at least three photos of your tattoos, a photo of yourself (no logo, All Event Expo specifies), your Instagram and Facebook links, your hygiene and sanitation training certificate, and your French business number (SIRET), often with the VAT number. The Épinal Tattoo Show has you tick two styles at most and warns that a file without the certificate will not be considered.
The answer comes in three states, accepted, pending or refused, and “pending” serves as the waiting list, with no published rule. Selection criteria are not published either: Clermont-Ferrand mentions fixed and objective criteria without listing them, and attending past editions does not guarantee acceptance.
The large conventions open applications six to ten months before the date, and regional two-day conventions still accept them three to five months before. Nantes opens at the end of November for September 2027 and made its selection in early March for the 2026 edition. Besançon launched its call on July 21, 2026 for April 2027, and Lille, Arras, Cambrai and Rouen had their forms online on October 16.
Payment comes after acceptance, and each organizer has its own rule. Besançon asks for the full amount within five days. Épinal confirms the booth on receipt of the deposit payment, whose amount is not published.
At All Event Expo, you have until one month before the convention to wire the deposit, and after that, without a withdrawal email, the full booth price is due. Its house rules add that canceling within the last month forfeits the deposit, and that an unannounced no-show leaves the deposit and the full balance of the contract due.
Six conventions publish the price of a tattoo artist's booth, from €350 excl. VAT in Cambrai for two days to €590 incl. VAT in Nantes for three days. The large conventions, Lille, the Mondial, The Ink Factory, Rouen, Caen, Clermont-Ferrand, Marseille and Nice, do not publish their prices, and nothing says they fall in the same range.
| Convention | Booth price | Length and size | Included in the price |
|---|---|---|---|
| Tattoo Event Cambrai 2027 | €350 excl. VAT | 2 days, 9 m² | 2 tables, 2 chairs, 2 badges, sharps box and bag for soft contaminated waste, power box |
| Tattoo Event Douai 2026 | €380 excl. VAT | 2 days, 9 m² | same as Cambrai |
| Tattoo Event Arras 2027 | €400 excl. VAT | 2 days, 9 m² | same as Cambrai |
| Épinal Tattoo Show 2026 | €450 net per tattoo artist | 3 days, 6 m² | spotlight rail, power box, 2 tables, 2 chairs, 2 badges |
| Besançon International Tattoo Show 2027 | €500.40 incl. VAT | 2 days, 6 m² | partition walls, rail of three spotlights, power strip, 2 tables, 2 chairs, 2 badges, daily cleaning |
| Nantes Tattoo Convention 2026 | €590 incl. VAT, €491.67 excl. VAT | 3 days, 5 m² | electricity, one large and one small table, 2 chairs, 2 exhibitor passes with access to the VIP area |
Meals, parking and accommodation appear in none of these price lists, and All Event Expo asks you to bring your own power strips and extension cords. No convention publishes a rate for a second artist, Épinal and Nantes require one form per tattoo artist. The Nantes 2027 price list is not published.
Tattooing at a booth requires the same hygiene and sanitation training certificate as in a studio, and organizers ask for it with the application. Article R. 1311-3 of the French public health code makes the training mandatory, and the order of March 5, 2024 sets it at twenty-one hours over three days, seven of them practical, with a certification valid five years. Besançon and All Event Expo accept the French certificate only, Nantes also accepts a certificate that follows the EN 17169 standard.
If you were trained under the former 2008 order, check the date on your certificate. Those issued before December 31, 2022 remain valid until March 13, 2027, and those issued from January 1, 2023 are valid five years, until December 31, 2028 at the latest, according to the ARS Nouvelle-Aquitaine, the regional health agency. March 13, 2027 falls in the middle of the season, the weekend of Very Tattoo and Bordeaux.
A tattoo artist certified in another EU member state under the EN 17169 standard is exempt from the French training for five years, under article 8 of the same order. Without that, article 9 provides for a training course of at least seven hours, organized under the organizer's responsibility and valid one year. Nantes points to an online course at €80.
A convention is a temporary activity, and it must be declared to the regional health agency (ARS) of the venue before opening. Article R. 1311-2 sets the declaration, and article 5 of the order of December 23, 2008 defines temporary activity as no more than five working days a year in one place, with a declarant who can be the hall operator, the tattoo artist or the event organizer. In practice, the ARS expect the organizer, with the list of tattoo artists and their certificates.
So you do not have to file your own declaration for a convention its organizer has declared, but check that it has been, and keep your ARS receipt and your certificate with you. The ARS carry out inspections, as the health ministry reminded the Senate on September 10, 2026. The order of March 5, 2024 also requires professional experience, which the ARS Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes sets at two years minimum.
Tattooing a minor requires the written consent of a parent or guardian, kept for three years, under article R. 1311-11. The Mondial du Tatouage also required the parent to be present with ID for both.
Your needles and soiled waste count as infectious healthcare waste, and you answer for them, not the organizer, under articles R. 1311-5 and R. 1335-2. All Event Expo supplies a sharps box and a bag, elsewhere bring your own containers and keep the tracking slip for three years, as the ARS PACA reminds.
Tattoo conventions in France are run by studios, event companies, nonprofits and sometimes the hall itself: Lille by Millenium Events with Lille Grand Palais, Douai, Arras and Cambrai by the company All Event Expo, Les Arts Noirs in Dijon by a nonprofit. No official statistic counts them. The SNAT, the tattoo artists' union, counted about ten a year in 2005, the World Tattoo Events listing shows 107 for 2026, and Tin-Tin, the union's president, speaks of too many conventions in the Mondial 2026 press kit.
Entry costs from €6 in Verdun to €22 at the door in Caen for one day, the large conventions sitting between €14 and €18.50, the Mondial apart at €30 to €32. The client getting tattooed pays their own entry.
The organizer declares the convention to the ARS before opening, with the dates, the named list of tattoo artists and a sworn statement that all of them are trained, under article 6 of the order of December 23, 2008. The ARS Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes asks for the filing at least fifteen days ahead, the ARS Bourgogne-Franche-Comté twenty days. The organizer also answers for the seven-hour training of uncertified foreign tattoo artists, and the SNAT calls for a physical barrier between the public and each station, and one waste container per work station.
The rest is organization: hundreds of applications to sort, each tattoo artist to place on the floor plan of the hall, deposits and documents to track, a waiting list once everything is taken, arrivals to check on setup morning. That is what Keyqo, French software for events with exhibitors, covers, with tattoo artist registration approved by the organizer and documents attached to the file (hygiene and sanitation training certificate, insurance).
A tattoo convention is a hall full of booths where tattoo artists work in front of the public for two or three days. You come in with a ticket, look through the books and flash sheets, and you can get tattooed on the spot, by appointment made beforehand with the artist or first come, first served for flash designs. Contests reward the pieces done on site each day, and the large conventions add concerts and shows.
The price of a tattoo at a convention is set by each tattoo artist and paid directly to them, most often in cash, as Lille and Besançon point out. No convention publishes a price list.
Entry to a tattoo convention in France costs between €6 and €22 a day in 2026-2027, according to the official ticketing pages: €6 in Verdun, €10 in Albi, Dijon or Bordeaux, €13 in Douai and Arras, €16 in Lille, €18.50 presale in Caen. Multi-day passes run from €12 to €37. Children get in free almost everywhere, up to age 12, 14 or 16 depending on the convention.
To get a booth, you send an application on the convention's form, with at least three photos of your tattoos, a photo of yourself, your social media, your hygiene and sanitation certificate and your business number, then the organizer selects. The large conventions open six to ten months before the date, regional ones three to five months before. After acceptance, you pay the deposit or the full amount.
Yes, the hygiene and sanitation training certificate is mandatory to tattoo at a convention as in a studio, and organizers require it with the application. Since the order of March 5, 2024, the training lasts twenty-one hours and the certification is valid five years. Certificates from the former system issued before 2023 expire on March 13, 2027.
The International Lille Tattoo Convention takes place from January 22 to 24, 2027 at Lille Grand Palais, for its 12th edition, with over 500 tattoo artists announced. Entry costs €16 a day, €11 reduced and €36 for three days, and is free for children under 12.
